Our dishes are portioned to serve between 2 – 4 pax, and some products up to 6 pax. These are stated under the description of each individual product. Please refer to the individual products on our shop page for more detailed information
Our products are packed in food grade retort pouches and foil boxes. These food grade pouches and boxes are high temperature resistant and are absolutely safe to be boiled and cooked according to our instructions without affecting the food contents
Furthermore, our products also undergo heavy metal testing for food safety and are proven to be safe for consumption. Below is a sample of the food safety heavy metal testing report:
Our products need to be stored in the freezer
Our products can last up to a year in the freezer, provided they are not defrosted and then frozen again. There is an expiry date printed on each individual packet. Having said that, we still recommend consuming our products as soon as possible
For dishes in the foil pouch, just put the pouch in boiling water and keep the fire on for 15 – 20 minutes. No defrosting is required. You will have to add more time if you are cooking multiple pouches
For dishes in the foil box, defrost the dishes and then steam for 15 – 20 minutes. You will have to add more time if you are steaming multiple dishes
